What happens during a service?

At 238 Church, we host dynamic Sunday services filled with uplifting worship, led by our talented musicians, and impactful teaching from Pastor Jerry or a guest speaker.


Start Time: Services begin at 2:38 PM.

Duration: Each service lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes powerful worship and practical, scripture-based messages.


What should I expect as a first-time guest?

We know being a guest at a new church can be intimidating. At 238 Church, we prioritize making you feel comfortable and welcome. Here’s what you can expect:

A warm, inviting atmosphere where you won’t be singled out or pressured to give. Vibrant worship, including singing, clapping, and occasionally speaking in tongues, as rooted in scripture. Freedom to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

Where is the church located?

We meet at DeForest High School, specifically in the South Commons area: 815 Jefferson St, DeForest, WI 53532

Park in the main entrance lot, and follow the 238 Church flags and signs to the gathering space.

What should I wear?

You’ll find people wearing everything from casual jeans and t-shirts to their Sunday best. At 238 Church, we encourage you to dress comfortably—come as you are!


What about my children?

Your children’s safety and spiritual growth are our top priorities.

Children’s Programs: Age-appropriate worship, teaching, and activities for kids during the main service.

Location: Children meet in a designated area close to the sanctuary.

Check-In: Upon arrival, you’ll check in your kids, who will receive identification badges for security. Please inform us of any allergies or special needs.

Is parking available?
Yes! Our friendly parking team will greet you upon arrival and assist you in finding a spot. Whether rain or shine, we’re here to ensure a smooth parking experience and guide you toward the entrance.


Can I give to 238 Church?

Absolutely!
